给水臭氧消毒自控参数优化

摘要 针对多数村镇水厂的有效饮用水消毒处理设施严重不足,简单过滤之后未经任何消毒处理就送往管网系统,选取臭氧为消毒剂,探究臭氧水在不同条件下的衰减情建立臭氧、温度与ORP之间的定量关系,并对臭氧的消毒效果进行评价.研究表明,臭氧水衰减的半衰期随着温度的降低而升高,而搅拌可以增大臭氧的衰减的趋势;在臭氧消毒的过程中,当水中臭氧的质量浓度大于0.30mg/L时,可杀灭所有大肠杆菌,菌落总数同样满足GB5749-2006中要求,且在臭氧质量浓度为0~0.30mg/L范围内,用ORP作为控制臭氧投加具有更灵敏的、更便捷的特点. The most effective village waterworks drinking water disinfection facilities is seriously insufficient, after simple filtration without any disinfection is sent to the network system, this paper selected ozone as a disinfectant, established the quantitative relationship between the attenuation of ozone, temperature and ORP on ozone water under different conditions, and to evaluate the disinfection effect of ozone. Research results showed that ozone water attenuation half-life increased with the decrease of temperature, and stirring could increase the ozone attenuation trend;during sterilizing process, when the concentration of ozone in water was greater than 0.30 mg/L, which could kill all escherichia coli, the total number of colonies also met the GB5749-2006 requirements, and the ozone concentration in the range of 0~0.30 mg/L. With ORP as the control dosage had the characteristics of more sensitive and more convenient ozone.
