摘要 为了更合理的利用空间泊车,解决车辆安放位置不足的问题及提高现有车位的停车能力,设计了双层升降式立体车库,采用螺旋升降机为主要传动装置,由控制器和驱动器组成的控制系统控制电机的正反转和转速,从而实现与丝杠上滑台连接的载车板的升降,载车板速度、位移可调节.对双层升降式载车系统的机械机构进行了结构力学分析.根据受力情况进行合理的结构参数设计,并进行尺寸参数优化.本装置运行稳定,定位精准,便于用户对于有特殊精密升降平稳性要求的实际需要进行车辆升降的控制,提升了停车库的空间利用率.设计计算为实际生产提供了思路,对于改善停车位数量具有一定的借鉴意义. In order to make more rational use of space parking, solve the problem of insufficient vehicle placement and improve the parking capacity of existing parking spaces, the double-lifting stereo garage was designed in this paper, and the screw lift was used as the main transmission device. The control system consisting of the controller and the driver controls the forward and reverse rotation and the rotation speed of the motor, so as to realize the rising and falling of the loading board connected with the sliding table on the screw. The speed and displacement of the board can be adjusted.Structural mechanics of the double- lifting and loading system mechanical mechanism was analyzed. According to the mechanical situation, structural parameters were designed properly, and the dimensional parameters were optimized. The device is stable in operation and accurate in positioning. It is convenient for users to control the vehicle lift according to actualspecial precision lifting stability needs and improve the space utilization of the parking garage. The design calculation provides ideas for actual production, and is significant for improving the parking spaces.
