摘要 以邢东矿2126工作面开采为例,对复杂地质条件下工作面开采技术进行研究。2126工作面顶板为复合型顶板,围岩较为破碎,回采过程中工作面顶板难以控制,给工作面正常安全生产带来严重影响。同时在回采过程中,出现了严重的顶板溜渣、煤壁片帮,支架对接难度异常增加,工作面涌水加大、排水困难,大面积支架被压死、增加了回采难度等问题。通过对复杂地质条件下综采工作面的技术研究,实现了大采深大地压复杂地质条件下工作面的安全回采,为矿井复杂条件下工作面安全开采提供了经验和技术支持。 The mining of 2126 working face in Xingdong Mine was taken as an example to study the mining technology of working face under complex geological conditions. The roof of the 2126 working face was a composite roof, and the surrounding rock was relatively broken. The roof of the working face was difficult to control during the mining process,which had a serious impact on the normal and safe production of the working face. At the same time, in the process of mining, serious roof slag and coal wall slabs appeared, the difficulty of bracket docking increased abnormally, the water flow of working surface increased, with difficult drainage, large-area brackets were crushed, and the difficulty of recovery was increased. Through the technical research of the fully mechanized mining face under complex geological conditions, the safe mining of the working face under the complex geological conditions of large mining depth and large ground pressure was realized, which provided experience and technical support for the safe mining of the working face under the complex conditions of the mine.
