摘要
针对荣康煤矿主立井掘进过程中通过28 m的奥灰含水层时存在的涌水问题,采用预注浆堵水技术,由上到下分段注浆,浆液由稀到浓,循序渐进,逐级变换,充填岩层裂隙,形成注浆堵水层。试验结果表明,注浆堵水效果良好,在主立井掘进通过奥灰含水层时,观测其涌水量为4.3 m^3/h,涌水量不大,能够保证立井井筒的掘进施工安全。
In view of the problem of water inrush in the 28 m ash aquifer in the main shaft excavation process of Rongkang Mine, the pre-grouting and water blocking technology was adopted, and the grouting from the top to the bottom, the slurry was gradually thicker and thicker. It was transformed step by step to fill the fractures of the rock formation and form a grouting water blocking layer. The test results showed that the effect of grouting and water blocking was good. When the main shaft was drilled through the aquifer, the water inflow was 4.3 m^3/h, and the amount of water inflow was not large,which could ensure the safety of the shaft mining.
