摘要
矿用减速器主要应用在煤矿输送机上,而矿用设备大都带负荷超载运行,矿用减速器高速轴所承受轴向力较大,易造成轴承跑圈,尤其是轴承外圈的跑圈,箱体磨损严重,补焊量大,从环保及修复成本方面不适宜采用补焊后重新加工轴承孔的方式,故提出一种新的解决方法,即轴承外圈配支撑环的方法解决轴承外圈问题。通过对26J减速器高速轴轴承孔修复的研究,分析阐述了轴承跑外圈的修复原理并解决了矿用减速器轴承跑外圈的修复问题。
Mine reducer is mainly used in coal mine conveyors, while mining equipment mostly carries load overload operation. The high-speed shaft of mine reducer is subjected to large axial force, which is easy to cause bearing running circle, especially the bearing outer ring running, the box body is seriously worn, and the amount of repair welding is large.From the aspects of environmental protection and repair cost, it was not suitable to re-machine the bearing hole after repair welding, so a new solution was proposed, that was, the method of supporting the outer ring of the bearing with the support ring sdving bearing outer ring problem. Through the research of the repair of the 26J reducer high-speed shaft bearing hole,the repair principle of the bearing outer ring was analyzed and the repair problem of the mining outer ring of the mine reducer was solved.
