摘要 针对高温作业专用服装的温度分布以及最优厚度的设计问题,运用MATLAB中的Pdepe算法、遗传算法、迭代算法和智能算法,分别建立了空气层和单层固态热传导模型、空气层和三层织物层混合模型、基于遗传算法、多次迭代和智能算法的厚度求解模型,运用MATLAB软件进行编程求解,得到了皮肤表层温度分布关系图和防护服装的最优厚度等结论,给出了防护服的最低成本的设计方案. Aiming at the temperature distribution and optimal thickness design of special clothing for high temperature operation, the Pdepe algorithm, genetic algorithm, iterative algorithm and intelligent algorithm in MATLAB were used to establish the air layer and single layer solid heat conduction model, air layer and three layers respectively. Fabric layer mixing model, genetic algorithm based, multiple iterations and intelligent algorithm thickness solution model, using MATLAB software to solve the problem, the conclusion of the skin surface temperature distribution relationship and the optimal thickness of protective clothing, and the lowest cost design of the protective clothing.
