摘要 缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)是一种因缺血而被修饰的人血清白蛋白.IMA不仅仅在心肌缺血中会升高,在许多其他缺血性疾病中也会升高,所以近年来IMA被视为一种缺血标志物.在糖尿病患者中,IMA与HbA1c呈正相关,但也有研究者认为在糖尿病未合并血管并发症时,IMA水平不会受到血糖水平的影响.由于血糖控制不良引起的糖尿病并发症有潜在的缺血性病因学,故IMA在糖尿病大血管病变、糖尿病微血管病变中均呈升高趋势,并与病变程度密切相关,故定期监测IMA水平可能对糖尿病并发症的早期预防、早期诊断以及治疗有重要意义. Ischemic modified albumin(IMA) is a human serum albumin modified by ischemia. Studies have found that IMA can be elevated not only in myocardial ischemia, but also in many other ische-mic diseases. Therefore, in recent years, IMA has been regarded as an ischemic marker. IMA is positively correlated with HbA1c in diabetic patients, but some researchers believe that IMA level is not affected by blood glucose level in diabetic patients without vascular complications. Due to the potential ischemic etiology of diabetic complications caused by poor glycemic control, IMA shows an increasing trend in diabetic macro-vascular disease and diabetic microvascular disease and is closely related to the severity of the disease. Therefore, regular monitoring of IMA level may be of great significance for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diabetic complications.
