摘要
将传统护理干预转型为以循证理念为基调的快速康复外科(ERAS)理念的护理模式,从而使腹腔镜患者享受到优质以及科学的临床照护。ERAS理念的护理模式对腹腔镜患者术前,术中和术后管理流程化的优化,降低手术导致的应激反应和并发症的发生,同时缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,保障患者安全,提升患者满意度等优势。
Shifting traditional nursing intervention into evidence-based enhanced recovery after surgery ( ERAS) nursing mode has allowed patients to enjoy high-quality and scientific clinical care. ERAS-based nursing mode can optimize preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative management procedures for 3D laparoscopic patients,reduce stress response and complications caused by surgery,shorten hospitalization time,save medical expense,ensure patient safety,and improve patient satisfaction.
