二维超声联合四维超声在不同孕周胎儿畸形中的诊断价值 被引量:6

Diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in fetal malformations at different gestational weeks

摘要 目的观察二维超声联合四维超声在不同孕周胎儿畸形中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在我院产科检查的1000例孕妇为研究对象,均接受二维超声、四维超声检查。比较二维超声及二维超声联合四维超声对胎儿畸形检出情况及不同孕周胎儿畸形检出情况。结果经临床证实,胎儿畸形共54例。二维超声联合四维超声的胎儿畸形总检出率为94.44%,显著高于二维超声的74.07%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。二维超声联合四维超声的孕早期、孕中期胎儿畸形确诊率显著高于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);二维超声、二维超声联合四维超声的孕晚期胎儿畸形确诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合四维超声用于不同孕周胎儿畸形的诊断中效果明显,在孕早期、孕中期检出胎儿畸形的准确性高。 Objective To observe the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in fetal malformations at different gestational weeks. Methods A total of 1 000 pregnant women examined in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. All pregnant women were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound. Detection of fetal malformations and detection fetal malformations at different gestational weeks by two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound were compared. Results Fifty-four cases of fetal malformation were confirmed clinically. The total detection rate of fetal malformation by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound was 94.44%, which was higher than 74.07% by two-dimensional ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The diagnostic rates of fetal malformation in early and mid-pregnancy by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound were significantly higher than those by two-dimensional ultrasound, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the diagnostic rate of fetal malformation between two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in late pregnancy (P>0.05). Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformations in different gestational weeks has obvious effect, with high accuracy of fetal malformations detection in early and mid-pregnancy.
