瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑四联疗法治疗Hp阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的临床效果

Clinical effect of rebamipide combined with pantoprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-positive duodenal bulbar ulcer

目的探究瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的70例Hp阳性十二指肠球部溃疡患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予泮托拉唑四联疗法,试验组基于对照组给予瑞巴派特。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率和Hp根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-17及TGF-β1水平均显著降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑四联疗法治疗Hp阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的疗效显著,可明显提高Hp根除率,降低血清IL-17、TGF-β1水平,促使疾病良好转归。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rebamipide combined with pantoprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp)-positive duodenal bulbar ulcer. Methods Seventy patients with Hp-positive duodenal bulbar ulcer admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given pantoprazole quadruple therapy, while the experimental group was given rebamipide based on the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and eradication rate of Hp in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-17 and TGF-β1 in the two groups significantly decreased, and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rebamipide combined with pantoprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-positive duodenal bulbar ulcer can get remarkable effect. It can significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp, reduce the serum levels of IL-17 and TGF-β1, and promote the good prognosis of the disease.
