高压氧联合康复功能训练对颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合康复功能训练对颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者的影响。方法随机抽样法选取2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的85例颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(42例,采用常规治疗+康复功能训练),研究组(43例,采用常规治疗+康复功能训练+高压氧治疗)。比较两组治疗前、后肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力及治疗满意度。结果治疗后,两组FMA评分、Barthel指数均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者采用高压氧联合康复功能训练可改善肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力,提升患者治疗满意度,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation function training on patients with hemiplegia after craniocerebral trauma. Methods Eighty-five patients with hemiplegia after craniocerebral trauma were selected by random sampling method from February 2017 to February 2019. The patients were divided into control group (42 cases, routine treatment + rehabilitation function training) and study group (43 cases, routine treatment + rehabilitation function training + hyperbaric oxygen treatment) according to the random number table method. The limb motor function, activity of daily living before and after treatment and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the FMA score and Barthel index in the two groups increased, and those of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation function training can improve limb motor function and activities of daily life in patients with hemiplegia after craniocerebral trauma, and patients' satisfaction of treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
