锁定加压钢板与解剖钢板治疗胫骨Pilion骨折的效果比较

Comparison of effects of locking compression plate and anatomical plate in the treatment of tibial Pilion fracture

目的比较锁定加压钢板与解剖钢板治疗胫骨Pilion骨折的效果。方法选择我院2013年5月至2018年4月收治的50例胫骨Pilion骨折患者为研究对象,根据收治的先后顺序将患者随机分为解剖组和锁定组,每组25例。锁定组接受锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,解剖组接受解剖钢板内固定治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果锁定组术后首次下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间均短于解剖组(P<0.05);锁定组术后并发症总发生率低于解剖组,骨折愈合优良率和Fugl-Meyer下肢评分高于解剖组(P<0.05)。结论与解剖钢板内固定比较,锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨Pilion骨折的临床效果更显著,且并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effects of locking compression plate and anatomical plate in the treatment of tibial Pilion fracture. Methods Fifty patients with tibial Pilion fracture admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into anatomical group and locking group according to the order of treatment, with 25 cases in each group. The locking group received locking compression plate internal fixation, and the anatomical group received anatomical plate internal fixation. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of postoperative first ambulation, fracture healing and full weight-bearing in the locking group were shorter than those in the anatomical group (P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the locking group was lower than that in the anatomical group, while the excellent and good rate of fracture healing and lower limb score of Fugl-Meyer were higher than those in the anatomical group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with anatomical plate internal fixation, the locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial Pilion fracture has more significantly clinical efficacy, with fewer complications. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
