龙慈仙胶囊联合卡培他滨治疗晚期胃癌的效果及对细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of Longcixian capsule combined with capecitabine on advanced gastric cancer and its influence on cellular immune function

目的分析龙慈仙胶囊联合卡培他滨治疗晚期胃癌的效果及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将79例晚期胃癌患者采用抽签方式分为对照组(38例,基础治疗+卡培他滨)和观察组(41例,基础治疗+卡培他滨+龙慈仙胶囊)。比较两组用药前、后细胞免疫功能及临床疗效。结果用药后,观察组的CD3^+CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,CD3^+CD8^+低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在晚期胃癌治疗中,龙慈仙胶囊联合卡培他滨可减少药物对机体细胞免疫功能的影响,提升治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of Longcixian capsule combined with capecitabine on advanced gastric cancer and its influence on cellular immune function. Methods Seventy-nine patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group (38 cases, basic treatment + capecitabine) and observation group (41 cases, basic treatment + capecitabine + Longcixian capsule) by lottery. The cellular immune function before and after medication and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After medication, CD3^+CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CD3^+CD8^+ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, Longcixian capsule combined with capecitabine can reduce the influence of drug on cellular immune function of body and improve the therapeutic effect.
