Effect of self-made Xiangzhu decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨自拟香术汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法将100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各50例。研究组采用自拟香术汤加减治疗,对照组采用胃复春片治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃痛、痞满、嘈杂、乏力、纳呆积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的胃黏膜炎症、腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟香术汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果确切,可显著改善患者临床体征和胃黏膜炎症、腺体萎缩、增生等病理表现,具有一定的临床研究价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Xiangzhu decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The study group was treated with modified self-made Xiangzhu decoction, while the control group was treated with Weifuchun tablet. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of stomachache, distention and fullness, noise, fatigue and stupor in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of gastric mucosal inflammation, gland atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made Xiangzhu decoction has a definite effect on chronic atrophic gastritis. It can significantly improve the clinical signs and pathological manifestations of gastric mucosal inflammation, gland atrophy and hyperplasia, which has certain clinical research value.
