针刺联合康复锻炼对中风偏瘫患者脑源性神经营养因子表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究针刺联合康复锻炼对中风偏瘫患者脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2018年6月在我院接受治疗的90例中风偏瘫患者,将其中接受西医药物联合康复锻炼的41例患者纳入对照组,其余49例接受中医针刺联合康复锻炼的患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的NIHSS、FMA评分、神经生长因子(NGF)和BDNF水平。结果治疗前,两组NIHSS和FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,FMA评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NGF和BDNF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组NGF和BDNF水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将针刺联合康复锻炼应用于中风偏瘫患者的治疗及康复中,可促进患者神经功能缺损的改善,增强患者的运动能力,提高NGF和BDNF的表达。 Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Ninety stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected. Forty-one patients received western medicine combined with rehabilitation exercises were included in control group, and the other 49 patients received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercises were included in observation group. The scores of NIHSS and FMA, levels of nerve growth factor (NGF) and BDNF were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the scores of NIHSS and FMA between the two groups (P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment, the scores of NIHSS in both groups decreased, while the scores of FMA increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of NGF and BDNF between the two groups (P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment, the levels of NGF and BDNF in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise applied to the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia can promote the improvement of neurological deficit, enhance the motor ability and increase the expression of NGF and BDNF.
