中风疼痛汤辅助治疗中风后半身疼痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of Zhongfeng Tengtong decoction in the adjunctive treatment of half-body pain after stroke

目的探讨中风疼痛汤辅助治疗中风后半身疼痛的临床效果。方法将我院收治的106例中风后半身疼痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。两组均予以卡马西平为主的西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加服中风疼痛汤。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组愈显率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的VAS评分均显著降低,舒适度及SF-36评分均显著提高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中风疼痛汤辅助治疗中风后半身疼痛患者,可有效提升临床效果,改善疼痛症状,同时可提高患者舒适度及生存质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhongfeng Tengtong decoction in the adjunctive treatment of half-body pain after stroke. Methods A total of 106 patients with half-body pain after stroke admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment mainly with carbamazepine, and the observation group was given Zhongfeng Tengtong decoction on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The good improvement rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups significantly reduced, scores of comfort and SF-36 significantly improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhongfeng Tengtong decoction in the adjunctive treatment of half-body pain after stroke can effectively improve the clinical effect, pain symptoms, comfort and quality of life of patients.
