床头血糖监测卡在骨伤合并糖尿病住院患者中的应用效果

Application effect of blood glucose monitoring card bedside in inpatients with bone injury complicated with diabetes

目的探讨床头血糖监测卡在骨伤合并糖尿病住院患者中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的206例骨伤合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照住院的先后顺序分为对照组(103例)和试验组(103例)。对照组采取常规护理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上应用我科设计的床头血糖监测卡。分析患者血糖漏测的主要原因,并比较两组的血糖漏测率和患者的护理满意度。结果血糖漏测原因中患者原因占93.69%,护士原因占6.31%。试验组患者的血糖漏测率为5.74%,对照组血糖漏测率为15.80%,试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意度为96.12%,对照组患者的护理满意度为75.73%,试验组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用床头血糖监测卡能有效减少骨伤合并糖尿病住院患者血糖漏测情况的发生,大幅提高了医护人员的工作效率、患者的配合度和满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of blood glucose monitoring card bedside in inpatients with bone injury complicated with diabetes. Methods A total of 206 patients with bone injury complicated with diabete admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the order of hospitalization, the patients were divided into control group (103 cases) and experimental group (103 cases). The control group adopted routine nursing mode, while the experimental group applied the blood glucose monitoring card bedside designed by our department on the basis of the control group. The main causes of blood glucose leakage measurement of patients were analyzed, and the leakage measurement rate of blood glucose and the satisfaction of patient were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 93.69% of the reasons for blood glucose leakage measurement were caused by patients, while 6.31% were caused by nurses. The leakage measurement rate of blood glucose in the experimental group was 5.74%, and 15.80% in the control group, that in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.12%, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 75.73%, and that in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of blood glucose monitoring card bedside can effectively reduce the occurrence of blood glucose leakage measurement in inpatients with bone injury and diabetes, greatly improve the work efficiency of medical staff, the cooperation rate of patients and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
