“小组照护模式”在高危孕产妇孕期及产后护理中的应用效果

Application effect of "Group Care Model" in pregnant and postpartum nursing of high risk pregnant women

目的探讨“小组照护模式”在高危孕产妇孕期及产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院124例高危孕产妇为研究对象,按照不同的护理方式分为观察组(62例,“小组照护模式”+常规护理)与对照组(62例,常规护理),比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的EPDS、HAMD评分均降低,ESCA评分升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早产率及不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,母乳喂养率、相关知识知晓率及顺产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“小组照护模式”可有效改善孕产妇的抑郁情绪、自我管理能力、妊娠结局,提高母乳喂养率及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of "Group Care Model" in pregnant and postpartum nursing of high risk pregnant women. Methods A total of 124 high risk pregnant women in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, the pregnant women were divided into observation group (62 cases,"Group Care Model"+ routine nursing) and control group (62 cases, routine nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of EPDS and HAMD decreased and the score of ESCA increased in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The premature birth rate and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the breastfeeding rate, the awareness rate of related knowledge and the rate of spontaneous delivery were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion "Group Care Model" can effectively alleviate depression of pregnant women, improve self-management ability, pregnancy outcomes, breastfeeding rate and the satisfaction rate of nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
