Physiopathological changes and reason analysis of flap collapse after decompressive craniectomy

去骨瓣术后,待脑组织肿胀消退时,缺损区皮瓣往往表现为塌陷状态,轻者可出现皮瓣塌陷综合征,重者可致反常性脑疝。目前国内外主要报道去骨瓣后皮瓣塌陷引起的并发症及其治疗措施,而对去骨瓣后皮瓣塌陷的病理、生理改变与原因分析缺乏重视与全面的认识。本文就近年来去骨瓣后皮瓣塌陷的病理、生理改变与原因分析进行总结、阐述。

Flap collapse usually can be found after decompressive craniectomy when brain swelling faded. Flap collapse syndrome may occur in light cases and abnormal brain hernia may occur in severe cases. There are many reports about complication and treatment of flap collapse at home and abroad, however, the physiopathological changes and reason analysis of flap collapse have not be taken seriously and lacking of comprehensive understanding. This paper will make a summary about the physiopathological changes and reason analysis of flap collapse in recent years.
