胃癌根治术后化疗患者恐惧疾病进展和自我效能感的相关性研究

The correlation between fear of progression and self-efficacy in patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical resection of gastric cancer

目的探讨胃癌根治术后化疗患者自我效能感与恐惧疾病进展的相关性。方法选取胃癌根治术后化疗患者200例,使用一般情况调查表、疾病进展恐惧简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES),分别测量患者的恐惧疾病进展水平和自我效能感情况。结果胃癌根治术后化疗患者FoP-Q-SF量表评分(26.43±9.13)分,恐惧疾病进展心理失调的检出率为15.26%。自我效能感得分为(24.71±6.51)分。相关分析表明胃癌根治术后化疗患者的恐惧疾病进展与自我效能感呈负相关(r=-0.15,P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术后化疗患者自我效能感越高,恐惧疾病进展水平越低。护理人员应提高患者的自我效能感水平,从而减轻患者的恐惧疾病进展水平,促进患者的心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate the correlation of fear of progression(FoP) and self-efficacy in patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods Totally 200 patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical resection of gastric cancer were investigated with the Fear of Prog-ression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF)and Self-Efficacy Scale(CSES).Results The FoP-Q-SF score was (26.43±9.13) and the prevalence of FoP was 15.26%.The score of CSES was (24.71±6.51).The total score of FoP-Q-SF was negatively correlated with the total score of CSES(r=-0.15,P<0.05).Conclusion The FoP of patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical resection of gastric cancer is negatively correlated with their self-efficacy.Nurses should make efforts to improve patients' self-efficacy and reduce the fear of cancer progression.
