贵州省内分泌科护士对糖尿病专科护士培训期望的调查研究

Investigation on the expectation of diabetes specialist nurse training for nurses in the Department of Endocrinology in Guizhou Province

目的调查贵州省内分泌科护士对糖尿病专科护士培训的期望,为贵州省糖尿病专科护士培训基地完善培训计划、提高培训效果提供参考。方法通过查阅文献,咨询专家,自行设计调查问卷。采用微信平台对贵州省230名内分泌科护士进行问卷调查。结果回收问卷220份。其中98.18%(216/220)的内分泌科护士认为有必要进行糖尿病专科护士培训。内分泌科护士对糖尿病专科护士的最低准入条件更期望设置为大专及以上学历、护师及以上职称、3~5年内分泌科工作经验。调查中有6.36%(14/220)的内分泌科护士强调期望能在发达城市大型综合医院进行培训,且82.73%(182/220)的护士期望能到2家及以上的医院进行临床实践。内分泌科护士期望最高的专科护士培训公共课程为人际沟通(81.82%),期望最高的专业课程为糖尿病常见并发症护理(93.18%)。内分泌科护士最期望,通过课堂授课的方式进行培训(90.91%),由糖尿病专科护士进行培训(81.36%),培训时长为3个月(53.64%),期望理论与实践时间比为1∶2(40.91%)。结论贵州省内分泌科护士普遍认为有必要进行糖尿病专科护士培训,对培训各方面期望不同,培训基地在进行糖尿病专科护士培训时,可综合考虑护士期望,以充分达到培训目的。

Objective To understand the expectation of diabetes specialist nurse training for nurses in the Department of Endocrinology in Guizhou Province,and to provide a basis for improving the training program and the training effect of the diabetes specialist nurse training.Methods An electronic questionnaire was distributed to 230 nurses in the Department of Endocrinology in Guizhou Province through WeChat platform.Results Totally 220 valid questionnaires were collected,98.18% of nurses considered that it was necessary to carry out training for diabetes specialist nurses.The expectation of nurses about minimum standard of participating in the endocrinology training for diabetes specialist nurses was college degree or above,nurses and above,3-5 years of endocrinology work experience.Of 220 nurses investigated,6.36% of nurses stressed that the units expected to be trained were large general hospitals in developed cities,and 82.73% of nurses expected to go to hospitals with 2 or more clinical practice.The most expected public course and professional course were interpersonal communication (81.82%) and diabetes-related complications (93.18%),respectively.Most of nurses expected to be trained in classroom (90.91%),and performed by diabetes specialist nurses (81.36%).The proper training duration could be three months (53.64%),and the ratio of expected theory to practice time could be 1 ∶2 (40.91%).Conclusion The nurses have different expectations for diabetes specialist nurses training.The training base can comprehensively consider the nurses' expectations when conducting training for diabetes specialist nurses,in order to fully meet the training objectives.
