隔姜灸缓解肾阳虚型前列腺增生症状的效果观察

Effect of ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome

目的观察隔姜灸对肾阳虚型前列腺增生(BPH)患者症状的改善效果。方法纳入90例于泌尿外科门诊就诊并行保守治疗的肾阳虚型BPH患者,最终纳入试验组41例、对照组44例。对照组给予口服药物和常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予隔姜灸治疗,观察2组国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)以及生活质量(QOL)3项指标。结果干预第1、2、3个月末2组IPSS、PSQI、QOL评分均呈下降趋势,其中,试验组干预第1、2、3个月末IPSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预第1、2个月末PSQI、QOL评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸可有效缓解肾阳虚型BPH患者的临床症状,改善患者的睡眠质量,提高患者对未来生活质量的预期值。

Objective To investigate the effect of ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.Methods Totally 90 patients receiving conservative treatment for BPH with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome were assigned to the study group (n=41,4 cases lost to follow-up) and the control group (n=44,1 case lost to follow-up).The control group was given oral medication and routine nursing.The experimental group was given ginger-separated moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The outcomes of International Prostatic Symptomatic score (IPSS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Quality of Life (QOL) questionnaire were observed and compared between two groups.Results The score of IPSS,PSQI and QOL was decreased gradually in the first three months after intervention.The score of IPSS in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group at 1,2 and 3 months after intervention,respectively(P<0.05).The scores of PSQI and QOL in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group at 1 and 2 months after intervention,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The ginger-separated moxibustion is effective to relieve the clinical symptom,improve the sleep quality and quality of life in BPH patients with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.
