精准护理干预模式预防老年髋膝关节置换术后静脉血栓形成的效果观察

Effect of precision nursing intervention model on prevention of venous thrombosis after hip or knee joint replacement in the elderly

目的探讨精准护理干预模式在老年关节置换术后静脉血栓形成(VTE)中的预防作用。方法选取2019年1月-2月入院的35例患者为对照组,另选取2019年3月-4月入院的35例患者为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用精准护理干预模式实施管理。观察2组VTE发生率和VTE相关预防知识的掌握情况。结果观察组VTE发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组VTE预防知识的掌握情况调查得分为(86.86±7.96)分,高于对照组的(79.71±8.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对关节置换的老年患者实施VTE精准护理可加强患者对VTE预防知识的掌握情况,对降低VTE的发生率、提高患者的生活质量有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the precision nursing intervention model on prevention of venous thrombosis (VTE)after hip or knee joint replacement in the elderly.Methods Totally 35 elderly patients recruited between January and February 2019 were set as the control group,receiving routine care during treatment.Another 35 patients recruited between March and April 2019 were set as the observation group,receiving precision nursing interventions in addition to the routine care.The incidence of VTE and patients’ knowledge about VTE prevention were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of VTE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with no significant difference (P>0.05).Patients in the observation group achieved a higher score of knowledge assessment compared with those in the control group (86.86±7.96 vs.79.71±8.70,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of precision nursing intervention model can strengthen patients' knowledge of VTE prevention,effectively reduce the risk of VTE development and improve the quality of life of elderly patients undergoing hip or knee joint replacement.
