负压创面治疗技术联合“互联网+居家护理”在老年重度压力性损伤患者中的应用

Application of negative pressure wound therapy combined with internet-plus home care for elderly patients with severe pressure injuries

目的探讨负压创面治疗技术(NPWT)联合“互联网+居家护理”模式在老年重度压力性损伤患者中的应用效果。方法60例老年重度压力性损伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组常规治疗与护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予NPWT联合“互联网+居家护理”模式干预。观察2组舒适度、疼痛指数、换药次数及费用,比较2组干预后1、2、3个月时伤口面积缩小率,对比2组患者满意度和治疗有效率。结果观察组舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组,现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分及平均换药次数低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后1、2、3个月时观察组伤口缩小率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度及治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论NPWT联合“互联网+居家护理”模式能显著改善3期以上重度压力性损伤治疗效果,提高患者的舒适度。

Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT)combined with internet-plus home care for elderly patients with severe pressure injuries.Methods Totally 60 elderly patients with severe pressure injuries(stage 3 or over)were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients received targeted treatment and routine care,and those in the observation group were given NPWT combined with internet-plus home care.The degree of comfort,level of pain,frequency of dressing changes and cost of dressing changes were observed.The percentage of wound area reduction at 1,2,3 months after intervention were recorded.The degree of patient satisfaction and clinical efficacy of intervention were compared between two groups.Results The score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had lower Perceived Pain intensity (PPI) and lower frequency of dressing changes compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).The percentage of wound area reduction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1,2,3 months after intervention,respectively (P<0.05).The degree of patient satisfaction and clinical efficacy of intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The NPWT combined with internet-plus home care can effectively improve the efficacy in treatment of severe pressure injuries,and increase the level of patient satisfaction and comfort.
