多站式仿真培训模式对新入院护士岗位胜任能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多站式仿真培训模式对新入院护士岗位胜任能力的影响。方法选取108名新入院护士为研究对象,在新入院护士岗前培训引入多站式仿真培训模式,分别在培训前后对新入院护士岗位胜任能力进行评价。结果培训后,新入院护士岗位胜任能力考核在理论知识、健康教育、护理观察、专业技术、应急处理、规避纠纷、医院感染防护7个方面能力均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岗前培训引入多站式仿真培训模式,不仅能帮助新入院护士增强护理知识和技能的储备,还能提高其分析问题和解决问题的能力,有利于提升新入院护士岗位胜任能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of multi-station simulation model for training on post competency of newly recruited nurses.Methods Totally 108 newly recruited nurses were included as the research subjects.A multi-station simulation model for training was adopted in the pre-job training for 108 newly recruited nurses.The post competency of newly recruited nurses was evaluated before and after training.Results Nurses achieved higher scores for assessment of theoretical knowledge,health education,nursing observation,professional skills,emergency care,avoiding disputes and prevention of nosocomial infection after the training program (P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-station simulation model for pre-job training can improve the knowledge and practice skills of newly recruited nurses,enhance nurses’ problem-solving abilities and post competency.
