摘要本文回顾了1例乙状结肠癌合并肠梗阻伴慢性浅表性胃窦炎、2型糖尿病患者的护理体会。本例患者给予中西医结合护理,包括围手术期严密观察生命体征;密切关注造瘘处的皮肤及并发症;中医护理予穴位敷贴、烫熨治疗,补益气血,促进胃肠功能恢复;适时对患者进行心理护理;逐步给予营养支持及健康指导等。
