武汉地区2572例儿童幽门螺杆菌感染检测结果分析

Analysis of Results of Helicobacter Pylori Antibody Test in 2 572 Children in Wuhan

目的:了解武汉地区儿童幽门螺杆菌感染情况及分布特征。方法:回顾性分析我院2018年1月~2018年12月采用免疫胶体金法进行幽门螺杆菌(Hp)IgG抗体检测的患儿资料,统计不同组别Hp的感染情况。结果:共有2 572例患儿纳入本次分析,依据疾病类别不同将患儿分为6组,其中健康体检组397例,Hp抗体检出率为13.85%;有消化道症状组1 076例,Hp抗体检出率为15.43%;特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)组292例,Hp抗体检出率为20.89%;过敏性紫癜组343例,Hp抗体检出率为14.58%;慢性胃炎组335例,Hp抗体检出率为17.01%;消化性溃疡组129例,Hp抗体检出率为27.13%。随着年龄增长,有消化系统症状患儿的Hp感染率呈上升趋势,且7岁以上的Hp检出率最高,达到25.40%;ITP组和消化性溃疡组的Hp检出率均高于健康体检组(均P<0.05)。结论:武汉地区儿童Hp感染率低于国内报道的平均水平,对于有消化道症状的患儿,随着年龄增长,Hp感染率呈上升趋势,且Hp感染可能与ITP发病相关。

Objective:To investigate the status and distribution of helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in children by immunocolloidal gold assay.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on children with Hp IgG antibody detected by immunocolloidal gold method from January 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital.The positive rate of Hp infection in different groups was counted.Results:A total of 2 572 children were included in this analysis.According to the disease types,the children were divided into six groups.Among them,there were397 cases in the healthy body test group,and the Hp antibody detection rate was 13.85%.The detection rate of Hp antibody was 15.43%in 1 076 patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,and 20.89%in 292 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).In the allergic purpura group,the Hp antibody detection rate was 14.58% in 343 cases.For the chronic gastritis group,a total of 335 patients with the Hp antibody detection rate at 17.01%.The rest 129 cases were in the peptic ulcer group,and the Hp antibody detection rate was 27.13%.The detection rate of Hp infection in children with digestive symptoms performed a rising trend with the increase of age,and reached to 25.40%in children over 7 years old.The detection rate in the ITP group and the peptic ulcer group were both higher than that in the health examination group(Both P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of Hp among children in Wuhan is lower than average level reported in China.For children with digestive symptoms,the infection rate increases with age,and Hp infection may be related to the incidence of ITP.
