相对于债券融资来说,大学生创新创业更偏爱获得股权融资。股权融资在推动大学生创新创业的发展过程中,起到越来越重要的作用。通过深入分析大学生创新创业过程中股权融资存在的问题及给出相应建议,克服大学生创新创业的劣势,发挥大学生创新创业的优势,进一步促进大学生创新创业与股权融资的结合。
