习近平总书记用“四个一”归纳总结了中国特色社会主义生态文明建设,“四个一”蕴含的新战略新理念新思想新实践形成了对唯物史观的创新性阐释与发展。生态文明建设丰富了马克思的社会系统结构理论;人与自然和谐共生是对自然与历史辩证关系的最新阐释;绿色发展新理念是对马克思自然生产力理论的当代遵循;污染防治攻坚战是对人民群众创造历史原理的创造性运用。“四个一”集中体现了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的理论创新。

General Secretary Xi Jinping used the “Four Ones” to summarize the thought of building socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. The new strategy, new idea, new thinking and new practice contained in the “Four Ones” are innovative interpretations and development to the historical materialism. The construction of ecological civilization enriches Marx’s theory of social system and structure;the harmonious symbiosis between mankind and nature is the latest interpretation to the dialectical relationship between nature and history;the new concept of green development is a contemporary approach to Marx’s theory of natural productivity;the battle against pollution is a creative application of the principle that people make history. The “Four Ones” embodies the theoretical innovation in Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
