社区医生工作稳定性与满意度、职业认同研究——基于结构方程模型

Study on job stability, satisfaction and professional identity for community physicians——based on structural equation model

以福州市社区卫生服务中心医生为目标人群,采用分层抽样抽取样本,通过AMOS17.0构建工作稳定性与满意度、职业认同感的结构方程模型,对三者之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明,应用结构方程模型能够揭示满意度和职业认同感对社区医生工作稳定性的影响关系和程度,应重视提高社区医生的满意度,强化其职业认同感,以稳定社区医生队伍,提高基层医疗卫生服务水平。

Physicians from Community Health Service Centers in Fuzhou were taken as the target population, stratified sampling was used to extract samples. Structural equation models of job stability, satisfaction and professional identity were constructed by AMOS17.0, and the correlations among the three was empirically studied. The results showed that the application of structural equation model can reveal impacts of satisfaction and professional identity on job stability for community physicians and the correlations and degree of the impact. We should pay attention to improving the satisfaction of community physicians and strengthening their professional identity in order to stabilize the community physicians and improve the level of primary health services.
