摘要 为研究大跨度斜拉桥PK断面钢-混结合段RPC浇筑工艺的可行性,采用1∶1的局部模型试验方法对RPC浇筑工艺及结构施工质量进行评估.通过锤击、超声波与取芯相结合的方法对钢混结合段模型进行实测与分析.研究结果表明,模型局部区域存在不密实、孔洞,并且少量核心混凝土与钢板黏结不良,其主要原因是由于浇筑工艺不能完全适应钢-混结合段的复杂结构与RPC的工作性能欠佳所致.通过试验研究提出了对PK钢混结合段RPC浇筑工艺的改进方法及建议,有望提高结合段的施工质量及后期运营的耐久性,具有较好的推广价值. In order to study the feasibility of the RPC casting process of the PK section steel-concrete joint of the long-span cable-stayed bridge, the 1: 1 local model test method was adopted to verify the RPC casting process and structural construction quality. The steel-concrete combined section model was measured and analyzed by hammering, ultrasonic and coring. The results show that the local area of the model is not dense with small holes, and a small amount of core concrete and steel plate are poorly cemented. The main reason is that the casting process cannot fully be adapted to the complicated structure of the steeloncrete joint segment and the poor performance of RPC. The experimental research proposes an improved method and suggestion for the RPC casting process of PK steel mixed joint section, which is expected to raise the construction quality of the combined section and the durability of the later operation, and has a high promotion value.
