摘要 新建铁路云桂线南盘江特大桥是目前世界上最大跨度的上承式钢筋混凝土拱桥,主桥跨度416 m,采用钢管拱外包混凝土形成拱圈.钢管拱架设为全桥关键控制性工序,采用无支架缆索吊运+斜拉扣挂法悬臂拼装.为了便于钢管拱吊装,采用MIDAS CIVIL有限元分析软件和手工计算相结合的方式,对组合式扣塔进行设计和分析检算,并对扣塔的各部分施工工艺进行详细介绍.研发的组合式扣塔主要由交界墩和钢扣塔组成,结构受力明确、安全可靠、施工方便,确保了全桥钢管拱的顺利吊装. Nanpanjiang Super-large Bridge in Yun-Gui Railway is the world's largest span of the deck reinforced concrete arch bridge, whose main bridge spans 416 m. The arch ring of the bridge is built by wrapping the steel arch with concrete. As a a key control process of the whole bridge, the steel tube arch is adopted by bracket free cable hoisting and cable-hanging cantilever assembly. In order to facilitate hoisting of steel tube arch, we designed and analyzed the combined buckling tower by MIDAS CIVIL finite element analysis software and manual calculation, and introduced the construction technology of each part of the buckle tower in detail. The combined pylons were mainly composed of junction piers and steel pylons. The structure stress was of clearance with safety and convenience for construction, which could ensure the bridge steel arch lifting smoothly.
