摘要 分别从工作特性、有效能、经济性、节能环保性等方面对柴油锤和液压锤进行对比,结合管桩的插打长度、地质等实际情况以及打桩船的性能进行桩锤选型.对柴油锤、液压锤分别在跨海桥梁钻孔平台管桩插打施工的应用效果及桩体承载力进行评价,并得出结论:打桩锤选型除应遵循桩锤的选择原则外,还需对现有的起重船、打桩船的性能以及施工区域的地质条件进行分析论证后再进行综合比选,使桩锤在工程建设中发挥更好的效果,以便获取最佳的经济效益. In this paper, a comparison was carried out on diesel hammer and hydraulic hammer from the aspects of working characteristics, effective energy, economy, energy saving and environmental protection, and there was a selection of pile hammer in combination with the actual situation of pipe pile insertion length, geology and the performance of piling ship. Then, the author made an evaluation on application effect of diesel hammer and hydraulic hammer in pipe pile plugging-in construction of sea crossing bridge drilling platform and the bearing capacity of pile body. It was concluded that some issues should be considered in the selection of piling hammer, such as choosing pile hammer according to the principle, and necessary analysis and demonstration about the performance of existing lifting and piling vessels and the geological conditions in the construction area before making a comprehensive selection, so that the pile hammer could play a better role in the constiuction of the project, for the purpose of obtaining the best economic benefits.
