Thought and Strategy of Water Leakage Prevention and Control in Mountain Railway Tunnel

山岭隧道复合式衬砌渗漏水是常见病害,也是影响铁路安全运营的重要原因之一.本文对渗漏水病害发生的原因进行分析,认为目前排水体系整体上是合理的,但应提高排水系统的可维护性,并针对存在的问题提出对策:(1)排水隧道设计宜考虑一定的局部水压力;(2)可通过设置侧墙检查井、挡渣墙侧增设明沟等沟槽体系优化措施以提高排水系统可维护性;(3)施工缝、变形缝止水设计措施不是越多越好,设计源头上应增加止水带固定措施,施工时应强化质量控制;(4)适当减少衬砌结构种类,推广衬砌结构的工厂预制化.

Leakage of composite lining of mountain tunnel is a common disease, it is also one of the important reasons affecting the safe operation of railway. With analysis of the causes of leakage, the author considers that the current drainage system is reasonable generally, but the maintainability of the drainage system should be improved. In view of the existing problems, it is proposed that:( 1 ) local water pressure should be taken into account in the design of drainage tunnel.(2) The maintainability of drainage system can be improved by setting side wall inspection wells and adding open ditches on the side of slag retaining wall.(3 ) It is pointed out that the design measures of deformation joints and construction joints are not the more the better, the fixing measures of water stopping belts should be added at the design source, and the quality control should be improved in construction.(4) The types of lining structures should be appropriately reduced and factory prefabrication of lining structures should be popularized.
