摘要
天津地铁5号线成林道站-津塘路站区间隧道盾构机从津塘路站始发,在接收端成林道站重叠接收.接收端地质及周边环境复杂,安全风险高.盾构接收时容易发生突发性灾害,直接威胁施工人员、设备和周边环境的安全.针对本工程的特点和地质环境风险,下线隧道采取垂直冻结+明洞接收箱接收工艺进洞,上线盾构采取盾构接收平台、三轴搅拌桩对土层加固、二次接收工艺,顺利完成盾构接收,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴.
The shield machine started from Chenglin Road Station to Jintang Road Station which was received at overlapped tunnel of Chenglin Road Station in Tianjin Metro Line 5 , and its geology and surrounding environment were complex, so the safety risk task was heavy. Sudden disasters were prone to occur when shield tunnel received, leading to direct threat to construction personnel, equipment and surrounding environment. In view of the characteristics and geological environment risks of this project, the technology of vertical freezing + open tunnel receiving box was adopted to enter the tunnel through downline tunnel, shield receiving platform was adopted for upper shield, soil layer was reinforced by triaxial mixing, secondary receiving technology was successfully completed, which could provide reference for similar projects.
