This article is aim at introducing how to use a POD blown film line to produce FFS heavy duty film. Compared with traditional 3-layer co-extrusion technology, the 5-layer shows other advantages of formula, running technics and film performance etc. Meanwhile, this article also introduces the latest application of the 5-layer POD technology. With this technology, it will not only enhance film quality but also be more flexible on formula so as to decrease material and other cost.
