摘要
以壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为壁材,柚皮素为芯材,采用锐孔造粒法制备载柚皮素微胶囊。研究表明:采用锐孔造粒法制备的柚皮素微胶囊成型良好,包埋率达到84%;微胶囊化后提高了柚皮素的稳定性,具有良好的缓释效果,对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌具有良好的抑制作用。优化的载柚皮素微胶囊制备工艺为:海藻酸钠质量分数1-5%,壳聚糖质量分数0.3%,氯化钙质量分数2%,海藻酸钠与柚皮素的投料比为11:1。
With chitosan and sodium algin ate as wall materials, and naringe nin as core material, the nari genin microcapsules are prepared by the method of sharp pore granulation. The research shows that the naringenin microcapsules prepared by the sharp pore granulation method have well shape, and the embedding rate can reach 84%. Some properties after microencapsulation are improved, such as the sta-bility of naringenin, the sustained release effect and the antibacterial ability to bacillus and staphylococcus. The best preparing process for naringenin microcapsules is: alginate mass fraction 1.5%, chitosan mass fraction 0.3%, calcium chloride mass fraction 2%, m(sodium alginate) to m(naringenin) is 11 : 1.
