摘要
以纳米二氧化钛为光催化材料、中空微孔结构的硅藻土为载体,制备硅藻土负载纳米二氧化钛复合材料。以复合材料粉体为主要成分制备分散液整理剂,对棉织物进行整理并研究其相关性能。结果表明,复合材料中硅藻土与纳米二氧化钛质量比为1:3,复合材料分散液固含量为20%,棉织物分散液整理剂质量分数为1.0%,交联剂PU质量浓度为10g/L时,整理棉织物对甲醛和氨气的去除率均达到97%,耐洗性佳,手感软度值下降低于10%,断裂强力经光照48h后降幅低于5%。
Diatomite supported nano-TiO2 composite is prepared by nano-TiO2 as a photocatalyst and diatomite with hollow microporous structure as a carrier, and the cotton fabric is finished with a dispersion of the prepared composite powder, the related properties of the cotton fabric are studied. The results show that the optimized conditions are: the mass ratio of diatomite to nano-TiO2 in the composite is 1 :3, the solid content of the composite dispersion is 20%, the amount of the dispersion for cotton finish-ing is 1.0%, and the amount of cross-linking agent PU is 10 g/L, the treated cotton fabric has good properties, such as high removal rate of 97% to formaldehyde and ammonia, durable washability, hand soft-ness decreased less than 10%, and high breaking strength retention which drops by less than 5% even after 48 h of illumination.
