铁代谢与实体肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

Progress of the relationship between iron metabolism and solid tumors

摘要 铁是重要的营养元素,参与机体多种生理过程,而过量的铁有潜在毒性,因而细胞进化出一套强有力的、受严格调控的机制,以维持铁的动态平衡。同时,铁在肿瘤发生、进展过程中起不可或缺的作用,参与调控铁稳态的机制发生相应变化,以适应其代谢水平,维持肿瘤细胞活性。文章综述了铁代谢及其在维持体内铁稳态过程中的作用,以及铁代谢在实体癌中的重要性。 Iron is an important nutrient element which is involved in a variety of physiological processes. The potential toxicity of excess iron requires that cells should evolve a robust, tightly regulated mechanism for maintaining iron homeostasis. At the same time, iron plays an indispensable role in the process of tumorigenesis and progression. The mechanism involved in iron homeostasis can make changes to adapt to its metabolic level and to maintain the activity of the tumor cells. This paper reviews iron metabolism and its role in the maintaining of iron homeostasis, as well as the importance of iron metabolism in solid cancers.
