第斯多惠的教师培训观及其对我国教师教育的启示

Adolf Diesterweg’s Concept of Teacher’s Training and its Implication for Teacher Education in China

第斯多惠是德国的“普通教育之父”、“教师的教师”。第斯多惠一生主要从事国民教育和师范教育事业,他对教师教育理论提出了许多独特的见解。他的教师培训观对德国乃自全世界的教师教育和教育事业产生了深远的影响。文章通过简要介绍第斯多惠的教师培训目标、内容和方式,指出第斯多惠的教师培训观对当前我国的教育改革和教师教育的借鉴与启示。

Adolf Diesterweg is "the father of general education" and "the teacher of teachers" in Germany. Mainly contributing to national education and teacher’s education in his life, he puts forward many unique viewpoints on teacher education theory. His concept has had a great influence on teacher education and education in Germany and even in the world. To provide reference and implication for the current education reform and teacher education in our country, this paper briefly introduces the goal, content and method of teacher training of Diesterweg, proposes the goal of teacher education in our country, and mainly analyzes the concept of teacher’s training of Diesterweg.
