摘要
针对尿素装置立式五柱塞高压甲铵泵缸体冲刷腐蚀泄漏原因进行分析,在不更换新缸体的情况下,对冲刷腐蚀的缸体采用焊接和镗孔方式进行修复,相比于整体换缸修复,性价比更高。
This paper analyzes the causes of erosion and corrosion of the vertical five -pump high - pressure methyl ammonium pump cylinder in the urea plant of the fertilizer plant,and proposed technical improvement measures.The welding and boring on the eroded cylinder were carried out without replacing it with a new cylinder, and the cost performance was remarkable.
