摘要
针对四喷嘴水煤浆气化装置的实际工艺条件和操作现状,论述先进过程控制(APC)系统在水煤浆气化装置中的应用,分别讨论气化装置所涉及的两个控制器的控制策略和关键控制变量。APC投用后,控制器关键变量投用率在90%以上,提高了装置的自动化控制水平,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,实现了装置的平稳运行和工艺指标的“卡边”控制,在煤化工气化装置中具有很好的应用前景。
According to actual process conditions and operation status of four-burner gasifier units, the advanced process control (APC) system is applied in water-coal-slurry gasification plant. We carries out two controllers after the control strategy were discussed. After the APC was commissioned, key variables of the controllers are online for more than 90% of the plant production time, the gasification plant is stabilized, the labor intensity of the operator is deeply reduced. The plant is pushed to optimization point. APC technology has a great application prospect in the coal chemical industry.
