STUDY ON STANDARDIZED MANAGEMENT MODE FOR CONDITION MONITORING

为确保装置的长周期安全运行,对辖区电气从数据信息采集、采集周期、数据库建立、数据趋势分析进行标准化、规范化,结合“维护保养”、“专业监测”建立立体式的状态监测管理模式,从而达到早期故障及时发现、及时处理,减少维修费用的目的。

To assure the long term and safety operation of the equipment, we standardized and normalized the collection of data of the electricals in the administrated area, the collection cycle, the database construction, and the data trend analysis. Combined with “maintenance and care” and “professional monitoring”, we set up a spatial formula condition monitoring management mode in order to find the failures earlier in time, cope with it in time, and lower down the maintenance cost.
