摘要
随着首套国产化大化肥装置投产试运行的推进,装置逐步增加黄河水用量,供水水质也因此发生变化,由此引发除盐水装置预处理系统处理量降低,超滤膜污堵,除盐水产水量减少。对此,提出优化改进措施,保证除盐水的正常供应。
Since the commissioning of the first domestic grand fertilizer plant, the Yellow River water is used increasingly in the plant. As the quality of the supply water changed, some problems happened, such as the reduction of treatment capacity of pretreatment system in demineralizing plant, ultrafiltration membrane fouling, and reduction of demineralized water output. Therefore the optimization modification measures were presented in order to keep the demineralized water supply.
