摘要
教育硕士学位论文具有“结果和评价”双重功能,是教育硕士培养质量的一个窗口。选取全国教育硕士教学指导委员会评选出的六届学科教学(地理)21篇优秀学位论文,从单位分布、学术水平、选题类别以及论文作者的基本素质等方面,分析影响教育硕士培育质量和优秀论文的主要因素。研究认为:导师的水平和能力、选题的创新性和教育硕士自身的专业素养等对教育硕士培养质量和优秀论文的产生起着关键作用。要提高教育硕士培养质量,需加强导师队伍的专业化团队化建设,吸引真正热爱基础教育的优质生源,关注基础教育改革,论文选题突出问题导向和创新思维。
The dissertation of Master of Education (MEd) has the double function of "result and evaluation", and is a window of training quality for MEd . 21 excellent dissertations in six disciplines (geography) of the national teaching steering committee for master of education were selected, and from the aspects of institution distribution, academic level, topic category and the basic quality of the author, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the quality of educational master training and excellent papers. It is suggested in the study that the innovation of the topic selection and the professional quality of the master of education play a key role in the quality of the master of education and the production of excellent papers. To improve the training quality of MEd, we need to strengthen the construction of the tutor team, attract the high-quality students who truly love basic education, pay attention to the basic education reform, and focus on the topic of the paper to highlight the problem orientation and innovative thinking.
