榫卯式模板应用研究

摘要 开发了一种使用中国传统榫卯结构支护混凝土的新型木模板,主要应用于高校结构实验室中制作混凝土构件。通过设计图纸制作木模板并支护了6个混凝土模型梁测得了支模时模板的挠度和成型后混凝土梁的尺寸。结果表明榫卯木模板支护浇筑的混凝土构件的挠度、长度、宽度和表面平整度均满足要求,是一种操作轻松省力、支模速度快、成模尺寸准确的支模方法。 This paper mainly proposes a new type of wood formwork using traditional Chinese mortise and tenon joint. The framework is mainly used for producing concrete members in university structural labs. The deflection of the formwork and the size of the concrete beam after molding were measured by designing the wood formwork and supporting the six concrete model beams. The results show that the deflection, length, width and surface flatness of the concrete members cast by the slab formwork meet the requirements. It is a method of supporting the mold with easy and labor-saving operation, fast supporting speed and accurate mold size.
