“山区+”体育教育专业应用型人才培养体系创新研究

针对专业人才培养的单一性和社会对人才需求的多样性问题,运用文献资料法对体育教育专业人才培养方案进行了研究。研究认为:应用型人才的培养必须注重服务地方,要充分利用地域优势,结合地方特色,因地制宜,形成"宽口径、厚基础、强能力、重创新"的体育专业人才培养体系。以丽水学院"山区+体育教育专业综合改革"为例,制定了具有"山区特色"的体育教育本科专业培养方案,在山地户外特色课程设置、体育专业人才协同培养、山地户外实践基地建设和专业社会服务等方面,创新了体育教育专业办学机制。

Aiming at the singularity of professional talents training and the diversity of social demand for talents, this paper studies talents training programs in physical education through literature and literature.
