立德树人视域下高职院校良好师生关系探究

Research on Harmonious Teacher-Student Relationship in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Intellectual and Moral Cultivation

摘要 针对现代高职教育中师生关系缺失的现状及面临的危机和冲突,探寻一种与时代特征相适应、与教育目标一致、师生共同学习成长的良好师生关系成为教育研究的理性追求。构建师生学习共同体、倡导师生双向互动观念、注重心灵沟通是促进师生之间教学、人际、情感关系和谐的有效举措,必将进一步深化高职院校育人为本理念和良好师生关系的建设。 Aiming at the situation of the lack of concern between teachers and students and the face of crisis and conflict in modern higher vocational education, it is rational to explore a good teacher-student relationship that is compatible with the characteristics of the era, consistent with the educational objectives and co-development of teacher-student. Building a learning community between teachers and students, advocating the concept of interaction between teachers and students and paying attention to spiritual communication are effective measures to promote the harmony of teaching, interpersonal and emotional relations between teachers and students. It will further deepen the construction of the concept of educating and good teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges.
