摘要 随着制造业的发展,自动分拣系统在工业生产中得到越来越广泛的应用。为提高分拣效率,基于智能相机和工业机器人设计了一套自动分拣系统。通过智能相机进行图像采集、图像处理、目标定位以及图像坐标与机器人坐标转换,通过C#编写通信软件实现智能相机与机器人间的实时通信,传输工件中心坐标及形状数据给机器人,控制机器人按要求执行分拣动作。系统可用于对多种不同形状的工件进行分拣,实现分拣作业自动化。 With the development of manufacturing industry, automatic sorting system has been widely used in industrial production. To enhance productivity, the paper introduces an automatic sorting system based on the smart camera and industrial robot. With the smart camera, the system can realize the image acquisition, image processing, target location and image coordinate conversion with robot. Through C# communication software, the system can realize the real-time communication program between the smart camera and industrial robot, and transfers center coordinates and shape data of the workpiece to the robot to control the robot to execute sorting actions. The system designed can sort out the workpiece of different shapes to achieve the automated sorting.
