基于工匠精神视角的大学生职业精神培养路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of Professional Spirit of College Students from the Perspective of Craftsmanship Spirit

当前高校掀起了工匠精神培养的热潮,但工匠精神培养这一“新任务”如何与高校原有的职业精神培养“老传统”有机融合,大力弘扬以工匠精神为核心的职业精神,成为亟待研究的课题。通过对当代大学生职业精神培养情况的调查,分析总结当前高校在职业精神培养与工匠精神培养方面存在的问题,从理念先行、系统设计、精准发力、协同合作、科学评价等方面,探索和改进高校职业精神培养的方法与路径。

Currently colleges and universities have set off a wave of craftsmanship spirit cultivation. However, how to integrate the "new task" of craftsmanship cultivation with the "old tradition" of professional spirit of colleges and universities and how to vigorously carry forward the professional spirit cored by craftsmanship have become an urgent issue. Based on the investigation of the status quo of the professional spirit cultivation, the paper analyzes the existing problems of professional spirit and craftsmanship spirit cultivation in colleges and universities, and explores the cultivating methods and paths of professional spirit from the perspectives of concept first, systematic design, precision implementation, collaboration and scientific assessment.
